The warm welcome we received from Kim and Jason was not only upon arrival but also each morning. The delicious breakfasts were superior to any other B&B we have stayed. Our room was perfect as well as relaxing and quiet. The electric fireplace was cozy on the rainy nights and could be used not only for ambiance as a flickering light or but also a little warmth by using a 2nd switch. Everywhere in the house, including our room, was immaculate with pleasant aromas. The grounds were lovely, too. This is in a great location, close to everything, including excellent restaurants. We will definitely return again as we live only a few hours' drive away!

We had a wonderful experience but especially appreciated your very helpful staff. We drove 17 hours from VA with little notice, and your staff was so kind that every interaction was memorable in the best ways. We especially appreciated Candace and Alana!! Also, the bed we had was so good we called back to ask what type it was, and staff texted us the information the next day!

My only remotely negative experience was powdered eggs and no fresh fruit at breakfast. There were tons of other options like pastries, waffles, yogurt, and cereal.

It is right near downtown, the Deschutes County Fairgrounds and Hwy 97. There is a Safeway (grocery store) maybe 100 yards away. They have ice machine on site and a pretty descent amount of parking. It was pretty clean and the staff were decently friendly.

It was well worn, like from the 70’s. The breakfast consisted of a bagel, Danish, cereal with milk, bananas and yogurt. They had coffee available and it wasn’t bad. But it reminded me of the military the cup was maybe 6-8 ounces, dry creamer and sugar. The bed was high and harder.

Our room had an air conditioning unit in the bedroom that leaked severely. We had to spend 4 nights in our bedroom with an extremely wet carpet, and a fan that they brought in. We had people attending our wedding staying there, and one of them had issues with water as well. No one ever came to clean either of our rooms or even exchange towels. I have stayed there before in the 2 years prior to Covid and had a much better experience. That’s why we came back and brought 20 guests with us. Also, the breakfast was very disappointing compared to what we had previously. They never seemed to have enough staff working for the number of people they had in the hotel. We are not in Covid anymore. You need enough staff for the number of people staying. Breakfast was a disaster with maybe 1 person trying to keep up with many many guests. I actually felt bad for them. My daughter didn’t even get to have a plate for food or utensils to eat with. It was pretty bad.

I have a few favorite slot machines, that I really enjoy playing, but the casino didn't have any of them. The others were OK, but I prefer good old three wheel slots Such as Lucky Duck and Moneybags.

Room was very musty smelling. Doorknob was loose on door. Only had half roll of toilet paper in bathroom and no extra. Had to buy toilet paper as the office was closed.
