The location was great! Private and on the creek, which was such a great spot to unplug as a family before we take our oldest to college later this week. Fishing was great and hiking at Ricketts Glen too.

We were happy with everything. My only suggestion would be aluminum foil and kitchen towels would be really nice. I was happy we brought our big pot to cook in because the ones supplied were too small for our use.

Property and grounds are very nice. The cafe and spa are great features. PArking was free and easy to find, espcially disable parking which we needed/used. Room was clean and beds comforable.

We were to receive an ADA room however were told that for soem reason the manager changed it to a regular room. This meant that there were no grab bars around the toilet nor was there a roll in shower - both of which I need due to being in a wheelchair.

The complimentary breakfast included a pancake maker which was great for my kids. Unfortunately, it was shut down by 9 AM even though breakfast was open until 9:30 AM. My kids were disappointed.

We used to stay here when the previous owners owned the Landmark, it was a pleasure to say here. We were thrilled to meet friends here because it was always so nice & clean We apologized serveral times to our friends, due to the conditions of the place We were very disappointed!!! Our air conditioner did not work when we checked in. The maintence man came down and fixed it. The frig had such an ice build up on the freezer, you couldn't open the freezer portion. No ice machine, as it was behind a door, which was locked. The outside pool was not open. The inside one was, but in August who want to swim indoors? The landscaping and grounds were unkept. I would chose a different location next .
