When we arrived at our first room the air conditioning was barely functioning and it was 104 outside and extremely warm in the room. We turned it down and 2 hours later it was still hot. We called the front desk and they immediately moved us to another building and another room-nicer than the first one. It was already cold when we walked in. The staff never hesitated a moment to make things better and checked after a few hours to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect getaway. Extremely quiet and well maintained. Beds were comfortable room was quiet. Beach access and close to everything. We enjoyed crabs steamed for us from the whalebone seafood market. Absolutely amazing. Huge snow crabs and Dungeness … eat crab like nobody’s watching…a much needed stress reliever… thank you Ms Tammy

Very close to the Black Canyon of The Gunninson and the airport. The location was great for what we needed.

No elevator, the stairs that go up to the top floor dont have a key pad, so you can't really get in that way. Our peephole door cover was missing, and we had to shove it was paper. We went down to tell the staff but no one was there. Then at check out at 8 am no one was there yet. Other than that the staff that was there was nice.

Room needed good cleaning! The kitchen floor was sticky 😳 and I sat on couch and a water bottle popped out from underneath with red liquid residue in it YUK and really behind furniture really needs dusted and vacuumed.

Bed was soft and felt like it was a water mattress. The breakfast area was too small for the number of people but the table and chairs in the room helped. Breakfast was not good and they should consider serving coffee and tea and lower the room rate.

1st room assigned smelled horrible. Was hoping it was cleaning product and would subside. Dropped our luggage off, went to eat, and came back. We could not have stayed with that aroma. So room change was better. Room minimalist. Nothing exciting. Noticed 1st night, I had 3 charges. Room total for stay (4 nights), $100 deposit, and a 3rd charge for additional difference of deposit and total room charge. equivalent of double charge for stay. Went to the desk, and they acknowledged charges were incorrect and stated they would take off 3rd charge and that the deposit would fall off after check out (which we understood as normal policy/procedure). Next evening, all charges still posted. Went to desk again. This clerk stated 3rd charge is in process of being reversed. 3rd evening, clerk stated it is still being processed. Last evening, clerk said it is just a hold and will be dropped as soon as we check out along with the deposit. Well, I had budgeted that money for our trip and luckily it was not dire for me to have it at my disposal immediately because I would have been in mess. On check out I went to the desk before our time to leave to reinsure the monies would be available. Clerk assurred me yes. Went back to my room.Key would not open door. Went back to desk, received another key from clerk. Went back to room, key did not work. Went back to desk, clerk said she would call housekeeping to meet me there. I saw/heard her take radio and call out to housekeeping, so I headed back to room. I waited about 5 minutes and no one came. I saw housekeeping down the corridor. I approached and explained i was waiting for housekeeping to open my door.She said it was not her, and it had to be a supervisor to open door. She pointed at another corridor and said there she is, as if I should chase her down. I asked if she could call her (thinking she had a radio).. She sighed and then yelled down the corridor to another housekeeper to get the supervisor.
