  A beautiful and spacious home in the heart of the Arts District. The interior was stylishly decorated with a modern, artistic touch that perfectly matched the neighborhood vibe. We had plenty of room to relax after exploring downtown LA. The location was amazing—close to restaurants, galleries, and coffee shops. I’d absolutely stay here again!

  All the staff were really nice. They offered welcome drink. They reached out ahead of time to ask about special needs. This has never happened for me when not booking direct. The rooftop bar was so much fun. It was an overall amazing time. Just really good vibes!

  The room was very clean. Three cheers for the maid. Like the handicap shower even though the fiberglass was cracked and water flowed over the retaining lip.

  From the entrance door to the room door, the first appearance is bad. The hotel is very basic with very few amenities. Pool and exercise room were closed. Had to mop up bathroom after shower because shower base was not properly leveled allowing pooling water in the base to overflow the retaining lip.

  The room rate was nice.

  No instructions on parking. No people at check in, just computers. My key card didn’t allow me into the parking area so I was double charged for parking and also had to pay the regular rate. They were doing construction in the room above ours from 4am to 9 am on our last night before we had to drive 8 hours home.
