Due to the fact that there was a governmental facility almost next to the hotel, there were policemen guarding the area 24/7!!! The room was clean and decently spacious. Kudos to the lady responsible for the cleaning! The breakfast was simple, yet fulfilling! And special mention to our two receptionists, Arif and Muhammadali, who were very helpful and polite at all times! Highly recommended!”

      What a nice hotel! I had the worst travel day and arriving here turned things around. Great receptionist that gave us a ground floor and awa cookie. The rooms were incredible with an equipped kitchenette. The grounds were wonderful and the breakfast was delightful! What an oasis Hyatt House was!! Thanks for changing a bad day to good!

      The price was exceptional and not far to go to six flags. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and texted us back and forth during our stay. It's definitely spacious with a lot of different facilities like a microwave, stove, fridge, sink, etc.

      The shower nozzle only was the height of my chest. I had to bend over to get my hair wet. There were tiny little ants on the counter that we had to make sure to close our food so they wouldn't get in our food. You were slightly outdated but that does not bother us. Because the value is exceptional.

      Very centrally located to a lot of the places we wanted to visit. And the bed was beyond comfortable!

      I requested an extra blanket twice (once in the morning and again around noon) and never received it… They didn’t appear to be overly busy, but it does seem like an extra blanket is a simple request!

      The staff were very kind, the hotel was a nice location with clean rooms.

      Breakfast made my party sick, and only 2 of the 4 elevators seemed to be working during our stay, making it take awhile to catch a cramped car. The iron in my room plug in was broken and someone brought us a new one 3 hours after we had called down for a replacement.
