      From moment we pulled up to walking in the ALBERT IS BREATH TAKING. The staff so hospitable and even celebrated us on our anniversary. Very clean and beautiful and love all the little details. Bed was so comfy and room so spacious. The location absolutely perfect.

      When I first arrived upon check in I was double charged putting $409 in a pending state on my account. Thank Goodness I wasn’t penny pinching, the my first room was very dark and had a horrible mold smell coming for Ac unit. Asked to be switched to another room, which was done with no issues. The second room had the same exact smell just not as strong “ still very disturbing “

      We stayed in a family unit. Our ac wasn’t working properly. Straight rust was coming out of the faucets and toilet. The water was brown and had materials consistent with rust in the water. I took a drink in the dark and the realized it was like that. The pic below is after flushing the rust down 3 times and it still looked like that
