      The house itself is well designed, clean enough and is really in a good location when you want to explore Colorado Springs. The manager was very responsive to some things we saw that needs repair or replacement.

      But this property is 2 floors, and this one is on the top floor. Somebody else rented on the basement. The afternoon we checked in, they knocked on our door and told us to walk slowly, etc., for short to be quiet as much as we can. Because they said they can hear every footstep. It kinda ruined the tone of our stay. We have to be cautious in everything we do, and if we dropped something we felt bad. So if you choose this property, either the top or bottom floor, just consider this. The property itself is good.

      Gorgeous, elegant and unique. A very special place with a great location. Felt like stepping back in time the courtyard was exceptionally calming and lovely.
