My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night this past weekend, and sadly, we wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Checkout was at 11 a.m., which we were fully aware of. However, at 10:45 a.m., a staff member came knocking on our door asking if we were leaving. We said yes, but they then told us that if we weren’t gone by noon, the police would be called to escort us off the property. This was rude, unnecessary, and made us feel extremely unwelcome. The condition of the room added to the disappointment. The bed covers were riddled with cigarette burns, and it felt as though the room hadn’t been properly cared for. To make matters worse, our room was on the third floor and the elevators were out of service, so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs — which was incredibly inconvenient. We travel frequently both locally and abroad, and this was by far one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences we've had. We won’t be returning.
