The staff is incredible! They called to resolve a booking issue prior to our arrival so we weren’t caught off guard, they provided several options to resolve the issue. When we checked in they were welcoming, greeted our children and suggested a trip to the pool with some pool toys. Top notch staff! The rooms were clean, spacious and had extra pillows and blankets.

The room smelled like urine ,the carpet was dirty and stained ,we saw some pubes by the toilet also hair on the bathroom floor .The location wasn't good if you wanted to walk anywhere ,except for a gas station across the street and a sleazy bar,/restaurant nearby .Our view was a muddy river with empty boat docks.The building itself looked like a federal prison .

The breakfast was great--lot's of variety! The room was clean and roomy. There were plenty of pillows on each bed. The bathroom could use some grab bars. The air conditioning was quite noisy, but not unbearable. The hallway was quiet. Adequate supplies and supplies in the vending machines. Overall, a very nice stay.

Absolutely terrible. 20+ minute wait to check in, only one staff member at the desk. Not a prime location - Hotel states “free parking,” which includes less than 10 parking spots on site. Was told that there is free street parking, but took at least 20 minutes to find a bumper-to-bumper spot on a heavily packed “main” residential road and a 10 minute walk to the hotel. When we got to the room, immediately noticed hair and multiple stains on the sheets. Went to take a shower and there was hair on the shower floor. Got out and walked around, the bottoms of my feet were filthy. Definitely stained a white towel wiping my feet AFTER taking a shower. To make it better, rose petals scattered all around the floor that were not from me in the 20 minutes spent in the room. First went downstairs to ask for new sheets, and when housekeeping arrived they brought back more stained sheets and noticed additional lipgloss stain on the pillow. Front desk was very apologetic and gave us a new room that was slightly cleaner, but also had stained sheets, hair on pillows (only one out of three this time), unwiped surfaces with visible marks all over them, and leftover bags in the mini fridge. Super disappointed in this hotel… was looking for a reasonably priced stay not far from Yankee Stadium, but certainly not expecting the lack of cleanliness. Honestly so bad that we debated driving back home out of state to avoid staying here, but since we booked non-refundable and didn’t check in until around 9:45pm, we opted to strip the bed, rotate sheets, and suck it up for a few hours before hitting the road. Will never, ever stay at this location again or any hotels that they come out with. Hoping, for the sake of future customers that do not know what they’re getting into, that there is a sanitation department that looks into this hotel. Honestly the worst hotel I have ever booked - I’m not a 5-star-Hilton guest, but definitely expected more than a roach-motel from a new building.
