  The bunk room rooms, common spaces and gym were great! Vanessa (cleaning lady) was amazing. Without her help… the off-site management was very inconvenient and inefficient.

  The downstairs only had 1 bathroom with 1 shower. The sink was non functional and the bathroom was disgusting. It was not because the cleaner… it’s because there were so many products left behind in the bathroom, dirty towels, and a sink that was so grotesque. There was zero urgency to fix the sink… Plus I was trying to get a locker to store my personal items and it took 4 assigned lockers before I could access one with the correct code and that had a functional lock.

  I liked the room, spacious enough. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. Definitely a good place to stay for the price.

  The only thing I was a little disappointed about was how the spa or hot tub next to pool was not hot. It was barely warm.

  The place was not well kept, black mold on the shower curtain, dirty sandy floor, random pieces of trash on the floor, and the door did not fully lock. The room just had an odor to it. We checked into a different room at first and had to switch because of how bad it smelled and the second one was similar.
