The front desk was helpful and friendly, especially on arrival. I think we called twice for things (pillows and I forget what else) and the responses were quick. The hotel was clean, comfortable and felt very safe. We had a good time in the pool in the morning - it gets a nice amount of sunlight.

In-room entertainment. Booking.com said that there was a DVD player so my 6yo son picked his favorite movies to bring and was ready to play one, only to find out that there wasn't one. And the TV, which looked beautiful, had only cable. We've seen Netflix and Disney+ at other hotels. It's a relatively minor thing, but it did matter to my family. Also, there was no check-in parking space. I had to park at the end of the hotel and walk all the way back to the lobby to check-in. Fortunately I was clever and left my stuff and my family in the car while I did that, then went back after I found out where my room was. And the front desk manager was very helpful. He brought a luggage cart to the back door for me, and I could park close to it and then take everything just a short way to my room. It worked out for me but I saw other people rolling their suitcases the full length of the hotel to check in. The pool was nice for us now (I have small children) but it was not big or deep enough for adults, really. It could use an upgrade. Lastly, we wanted to order lunch from your bar & grill, but it wasn't open. Maybe you could take orders for lunch from guests only?

Jacuzzi & pool were not very clean but it was end of the day when I finally got to enjoy the pool area. So we decided not to get in & that was unfortunate. We were looking forward to enjoying those facilities.

The room had AC issues which was making lot of noise. We were moved to another room where TV wasn’t working..so instead of having a peaceful stay we were grappling with maintenance issues

Well stocked with everything you could imagine you would need and more! Cute and tasteful beach decor/very clean. Loved the green glass collection and glow in kitchen. Nice quality sheets on bed. Super nice shower with fun assortment of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Loved the covered Gazebo area for relaxing and grilling out. Nice pier closeby was especially pleasant at night for moonlight fishing. Having code for door made it easier so no room key to keep up with.

We prefer firmer bed but I know this is subjective. Wish there was a balcony. Pool area needs maintenance. Stained bottom of pool and seat of all lounge chairs broken.
