I paid for a 2 room, suite based on website pics. Went to check in and it was a single room that had no privacy. The pool and the business center were closed down for unknown reasons. Bed was as hard as a rock and no housekeeping services!!!! Lady at front desk was extremely rude when I asked why this place was not up to par.

First, we were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned and opened in what smelled like months. The AC unit was off and the room smelled like an old storage, it took a hard push to get the door open to begin with. There were nail clipping in the counter & it was incredibly dusty. We were then given a second room which thankfully was ALOT CLEANER. BUT when the ac unit would turn on, the patio would reek of urine, It must need a cleaning because the stench was so bad I had to buy a smell neutralizer. I did ask them to clean the patio thinking it was the patio that smelled like urine BUT once we turned on the ac unit we realized it was coming from the unit itself. On a much happier note, The staff was great, and the breakfast was nice, simple BUT NICE.

Room didn't have a pleasant smell breakfast wasn't upto standard I choose this because I stay at staysure and was quality compared to here no pool and that's a big no no for me staysure had pool plus hot tub I regret making the change this wasn't it for me 0 rating 😤😡

The fridge didn’t work too well, at one point the groceries we bought were turning bad, but luckily it stayed working again, just didn’t keep things super cold. Stairs were kinda problematic. I didn’t realize that’s the only way to the house inside… my mom uses a wheelchair so it was almost impossible for her to come up stairs. Luckily I have strong boys that carried her and the wheelchair up, but she was so scared that we only did that once. So she stayed in the downstairs part for the remainder of the trip. That was a bummer. Other than that, great vacation!
