Clean, safe location. Rooms were quiet. Bed & linens were comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of options. Lots of dining choices nearby.

Gorgeous gardens with small pools tucked away that were not crowded - except the one by the very cute bar.

I thought it was closer to downtown attractions, so we had to get pedicabs etc (elderly father) - we thought we would be in the thick of it. That is their other property. But having seen it, I would prefer Winslow because it was quiet and tropical and felt like a true retreat.

Not for physically challenged people or C-PAP users . No on street or safe accessible parking. The building really shows its age. Dimly lit hall with unexpected steps and a steep ramp. Wobbly antique bedside table was unusable. Sleep poor: rock hard foam pillows & no in-room temp control = first too cold then warm, Insufficient fire sprinklers in a rundown structure. Definitely won’t recommend or return

The air conditioning didn’t work. The office was told but maintenance said it would be thw next day, but we were checking out the next day. We were on the third floor with no elevator and had an elderly mother who had to walk up the stairs. The washer was old and made a loud noise, the dryer took about 2 hours to dry the clothes. The first time we vacationed here in May 2024, it was a pleasurable stay and everyone wanted to come back. This time we were put in an older building that obviously doesn’t get the same treatment as the newer buildings.

Charged $34 for parking and it was NEVER mentioned anywhere on any info regarding your hotel. The room was literally falling apart: ripped blinds, door handle in bathroom off, toilet paper non-functioning (had to get a new one), alarm was set from previous person that woke us up VERY LOUDLY and VERY EARLY...
