The location was excellent and the lobby was comfortable. We did love our dining experience in the bar. The wait staff was very attentive and the food was excellent.

Our reserved room $241 per night, was not ready for check-in. After waiting some time and almost falling asleep in the lobby chairs, we accepted what we thought was a comparable room in a different, smaller building, not the main building. This was a very small room with a very loud and unacceptable A/C, and a smallish bath with a rusty tub. One single bed which was a full size rather than a queen. We settled in, and went to dinner. After dinner we came back to the room to find the furniture and lamps and bedding covered with a swarm of termites. Called staff and they came right away and switched rooms for us, put the keys in my hand and ran off to God knows where, leaving us to find the room. Room had two queens and a working A/C and the comfort level was acceptable. We left early, very disappointed in the facility.

The room was very rancid .. it reeked of mildew they had roaches and the water on the sink was leaking out the shower was opposite the cold was hot and the hot was cold..!! But it was the roaches for me never again..
