The location was good is was across from a little park and close to places to eat. The set up in the room was good and it had a little fridge and microwave which was nice to have. The TV had lots of channels for us to find something to watch.

It could have had better pillows, they were a little too flat for me and the bed was alright. The carpet might need to be cleaned with a carpet cleaner every now and then. The sheets had a little stain on them.

The Spa was so relaxing. The indoor and outdoor pools were great. We utilized the bike, but some of the streets to too steep.

Our room floors was soaking wet the whole stay we could not even walk around without shoes on and then our shoes was wet I had to use every towel they had and our own towels it was not fun

There was no coffee machine or chair for the desk, despite both being listed in the booking details. I contacted the front desk, and while they acknowledged this and said they would provide them, nothing was delivered during our stay. There was also no hand soap at the washbasin located outside the bathroom. When we asked the receptionist, we were told to use the hand soap from inside the bathroom. This was inconvenient, especially when the bathroom was occupied. Room size is small. It felt cramped for a family of four. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection in our room was extremely poor. When we brought this up with the front desk, we were simply told to come to the reception area to use the internet, with no further assistance or solution offered!

Management yelled at us about are ESA dogs. Traveling due to family emergency and was yelled at by staff. Staff should never call patrons and start yelling and screaming at them as they never know what patrons are going through. You can call and speak to them politely and calmly.
