Cleanliness,, friendly staff very accommodating to my grandad father who is disabled and in a wheelchair,,that was the reason for the rooms to be attached ,,it was nice to be able to do my laundry being that we have been gone from home for over a week .no loud noises very quite and pleasant stay will recommend to others and will continue using your hotel anytime if future travels so thank you to the staff oh and also the breakfast was wonderful and a great variety aswel.

This place was secluded and perfect! House was clean, beds are comfortable, and the view is perfect. Not too far from town and a nice little beach. When tide is out you can find clams and oysters! There were 4 of us and it was perfect for a couples get away. The back porch is amazing for relaxing. Would stay again.

Property should mention that they don't want shoes worn inside. I can't go barefoot because of arthritis so thankfully had my slippers with me.

The property was centrally located in a quiet location. I liked that each bedroom had their own bathroom. I liked having a small fridge and microwave.

The carpet in the bedrooms could have been cleaner. There was a Kurig machine in the lower bedroom but there weren’t any coffee cups to use. They also only provided decaf coffee.

I think this is the only hotel in Springfield because it was packed. It was a good location for the State Fair.

The rooms were not ready at 4:30 - they weren't ready until 6 PM! The area around the hotel was shady, it looks like a walking dead city. I can't believe the capitol of IL is that run down.

The staff, the hotel atmosphere, our room, the breakfast, and the happy hour. Our son and his friends visited the Drury Plaza last year and enjoyed their stay. So we decided to try the Drury Plaza.

There wasn't anything my husband and I didn't like about our Drury Plaza experience. It was a long overdue vacation that was met with a nice experience at the Drury Plaza.
