The hotel was exactly as we expected.it was clean, had basic amenities which is exactly what it described. There was a breakfast with cereal and bagels, coffee and juice, no frills!

The room was exactly as described, no problems. They did not provide many snacks in the snack machine, but that was the only thing that was not an issue, just a note.

I like the location to Hershey attractions and (most of ) the staff were friendly and hospitable. Housekeeping staff were accommodating to our multiple requests for towels.

Floor in the room felt a little sticky and there was green residue in the pool. One staff member appeared irritated to assist me with the key and seemed inconvenienced by my request .

There were ants in the room. Initially on the air conditioning unit, then on the headboard of the bed then us. The bathroom needs to be upgraded to support handicapped. It was difficult for me to use the commode. It was difficult to sit and get up with no support. The pool was closed indefinitely so we were told, but there was water in the pool. Why was it closed?

room was dirty large cockaroach, air conditioner had food in it. The shower faucet was coming out of the wall. Called the front desk to speak to a manager and I was told i'd get a call back. Never received a call back!
