  We LOVED coming back to Drury each day after our adventures out to the clean pool and a hot dinner waiting for us. It's conveniently located to neighborhoods with sidewalks on the far side of the mall for walking or running, too. This Drury is just far enough North of Charlotte to avoid the majority of the traffic. Everyone on staff seemed genuinely nice and interested in how well our visit was going. They checked on us multiple times.

  The only suggestion I'd have is to upgrade the laundry units to accept cards. It's a pain to have enough quarters and that deterred me from being able to wash our clothes.

  Airport shuttle was great and convenient. Staff were amazing, especially the young man who checked me in (I believe he is new), there was an issue with my room and he immediately fixed it, also gave me advice on how to order delivery to my room for food.

  First room I was given hadn't been cleaned but that was immediately rectified when I went down to reception. I wish the coffee in the lobby was a little better.

  They had major construction workers on the roof and wall of our room. My family and I were exhausted traveling. We were woken up early in the morning to loud bomb sounds, banging and very disturbing way to be woken up early in the morning. They were rude about it too. They said they would refund 50 off 200. Never happened. They lied.
