Avoid this place at all costs. The entire description is a lie. They rented rooms in a 2-star hotel, slapped a new listing on it, and called it 4-star. For “four stars” you get a toothless concierge — literally — plus zero service, filthy sheets, curtains covered in grime, and a “renovation” that looks like it was done by someone with no skills whatsoever. The so-called 4-star comfort comes with a bottle of Prosecco — I have no idea if that’s a “compliment” or something they expect you to pay for. Don’t believe a single word in this listing. This is pure crap and hands down the worst hotel experience of my life.

Good location. Great water pressure for the shower. Room seemed pretty clean. Great recommendation for a nearby restaurant. And the shuttle from/to the airport was convenient.

Breakfast was an absolute joke. And the demand to not take food to your room was first time I have ever come across that, and I travel monthly. Couldn’t find an ice machine to save my life. No access to drinkable water. Awful sewer smell in the hallway. We arrived early to drop off our luggage and when returned for check in time our room was still not ready. Fridge developed a layer of ice but nothing in the fridge was actually kept cold. Bathroom sink did not drain.

For one night, it was fine. The A/C worked, the bed was comfortable, the waffles were good and the staff was polite. I wouldn't stay there longer, though.

Both the elevator and the hallway had a definite funk to them. The ice machine didn't work. The bathroom was the most poorly laid out one I have ever seen, and had a lot of wear and tear.

They charged my card almost 300 extra and told me i'd have to wait a week. breakfast isn't included and neither is the laundry room. Only thing you get by booking is your room and for the price it seemed a little steep.
