      Loved The Den! We went for a Golden Birthday and although the hotel didn’t give any amenities for this celebration, Ivan at The Den made sure that evening was a success!! Ivan and the whole staff there was amazing. The only thing I did not care for and was not warned about was the extremely loud noises from across the street from the Cars and Coffee thing on Sunday morning that was sponsored by the hotel. Otherwise, the buffet was decent and the room was acceptable.

      - Convenient central location with walkable food options - Straightforward check-in process (bring cash to avoid fees) - Helpful, responsive staff does a very good job of keeping things clean - Next to a park with a wooded trail, great for an early morning walk

      - Our non-smoking room had definitely been smoked in recently. Not the staff’s fault, and we were able to open a window and make it work, but if you’re more sensitive to smoke, you might have a hard time. - The breakfast is a paper sack that they put items in (cereal bar, pastry, juice, water) and hand off to you outside the lobby door. Looks like they may have had a more standard continental breakfast setup at one point, but for whatever reason, they no longer use it.

      Wish there would have been bowls of fruit . Can’t eat too many carbs ! the pool closed too early . I would have loved to have it closed for kids and have two hours of just adult time in the pool at night

      Horrible customer service. Housekeeping was deplorable. Floors are disgusting and filthy. I don't think they have ever been moped. Was charged 47.00 for dirty towels. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
