  The location is perfect - close to everything we enjoy doing in Bozeman. We reserved the double queen room that opens on to the grassy square with outdoor furniture and a swing set. There was freshly brewed coffee available in the office each morning. It’s a very charming place.

  Dirty, exterior doors were broken, floor was wet with some sort of leak and some of the floor boards were coming off, trash on the property was overflowing, desk clerk was talking on the phone through whole process. This is not a safe place to stay. We had to pay for an additional hotel room at a different hotel. The management is not responding to any requests from booking.com. Do not stay here.

  The hotel didn't have the clock room/locker facility. This is for the first time I have seen after visiting 15 countries. Even when we requested the reception didn't co-operate, they have given us fake information that we can avail this facility at visitor center, which was not the case. Our all energy spent in searching for the locker/clock room instead of enjoying the Niagra Falls. The location of Hotel is shown in front of Niagra Falls Park, but the reality is that it was 1 Km away from the park main gate where most of the busses stops. When we asked to extend the checkout time by 1 hr so that we can complete at least Maid of the Mist ride and then checkout, the reception informed that it was not in policy.
