      -Beautiful view -Clean -great air conditioning -well stocked cooking utensils and functioning appliances including washer/dryer (but, missing can opener) -nice towels in bathrooms -Location within walking distance to shops and restaurants -2 full bathrooms -Comfortable, King bed -Quiet at night -Free parking

      -Early morning maintenance and mower/blowers -Maintenance using parking lot for personal vehicles (including overnight) and as staging area made parking in parking lot intended for the unit challenging -although we found parking at nearby buildings -Soap in bathroom dispensers was basically water. -no can opener in kitchen

      That’s was clean and beautiful when you walk in. Also that it’s by the beach too so that’s a plus.

      That the pool close early but there wasn’t a lot we didn’t like about this place. Also they beds was not clean there was makeup on the pillow and there was a 🪳 on the bed too.

      Insect problem, Ants everywhere Gnats all over sheets in one bedroom. We had to wash the sheets before use. Mgt company was going to take care and offer some sort of compensation. Never heard back from them. Going to VRBO in future lakehouse bookings!
