  The staff Robyn and Jeremiah were exceptional. I had a booking problem and Jeremiah stepped right in to assist me. Robyn was very friendly and I recognized her from previous stays. Room was great size...fridge, sink, microwave, two queen size beds and very clean. Quiet at night. Outdoor sitting area overlooking river is so relaxing and stairs down to river a very nice addition. There is a barbque area which we did not use but others were enjoying it in the wonderful weather.

  The one thing that I find universal in all motels/hotels is the craziness of the remote control. They are different in every setting and quite frankly a pain in the ass. It would be helpful to have some sort of instruction in writing to help those of us who are not tech inclined. But this is in most rooms we encounter in our travels and certainly did not take anything away from our trip.

  I've been to the Gaylor in Florida in Orlando and it has better and cheaper food options and also includes the water park. In general, I prefer the Florida one with the accommodations it has, although each one has its things better than the other. This one in Tennessee had live music. The Varco promenade

  The location was excellent! We could walk to so many things that we wanted to see. We enjoyed the rooftop area. We had wine there and brought our food up there for a couple of meals.

  Gorgeous views, well cared for grounds, friendly staff. First class facility across the board.

  Property is great, it is our go-to place to slow down and watch the incredible scenery and sunsets. The only blip on our stay was our next room neighbor ignoring the rules and chased us off our balcony with his vaping in the evening.

  Very disappointing stay. No daily cleaning The room was dirty, especially the carpet. During breakfast, there were no tables available because it was too crowded. Left the hotel earlier than planned. Definitely not recommended.

  stains on the sheets, I went to a non-smoking room didn’t smell like it. Floor was dirty. Furniture was extremely old and they had all kinds of stains in the drawers were you definitely wouldn’t wanna put your clothes. Mattress had all kind of dip it in it or you would just roll till the middle. Also, lots of dust and the door frame needed some molding. Lots of sunlight peeking through and clearly spiders or rodents could enter.
