      This property has historic charm. Owner makes fresh goodies for breakfast each morning we stayed. The facilities are older but our apartment was set up with everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. Love that they accommodate pets and the grounds and neighborhood was great for walking and playing.

      I was impressed by the design. It was minimal but there was little that was missing. Bed was firm but not too hard and spacious. There were a number of pillows with hard too soft to fit any taste. The lighting was good with switches to fit any mood from night light to well lit. The window shade had a day version and night version. The room itself was large enough to feel comfortable. The bathroom and shower had a nice design . But the towels were a bit rough, not soft at all and there was an easily fixed problem of the water from the stall shower flooding the toilet area. The closet space was good as was the cabinet space. The staff was there to help and very nice. The only problems were the two mentioned in the bathroom . I strongly recommend this hotel for its value and quality. It reminds me of a similar hotel that I stayed in in Iceland. The Scandinavians are recognized around the world for their quality designs.
