Location is great, lots of restaurant options and other stores very close by. Room was very clean and air conditioning worked well. Secure - all exterior doors kept locked, even lobby at night, and only accessible w/ key card.

This pace is a bare-bones take on the extended stay model. The room had a kitchenette and full size fridge, but no kitchen accessories (cookware, utensils, plates, etc), not even a coffee maker. You have to pay extra for those things. I was only staying one night so not an issue, but not what I expected. There was coffee in the lobby, but not until 7a, so early risers who want coffee right away will have to pay for a coffee maker. The window blinds didn’t quite block all the light. Access road/driveway very rough, probably due to nearby construction.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. I stayed there because I had a concert and Madison Square Garden is just diagonally across the street.

The room was very small and the amenities felt very dated, especially in the bathroom. Things felt a bit old.

Long wait time for elevators. People outside of hotel location made me feel very uncomfortable. Air conditioner wasn't operating properly. Room view was not the one that was requested. Front desk staff appeared lackadiasical.

The hotel is descent but if they are going to charge the rates they do they should have the amenities that you would expect or lower their rates. There are no blow dryers and no shampoo or bath gel. These items are not necessary when you pay a small amount but if your rates are comparable to nearby hotels then you should offer the same amenities.
