  The Breakfast was good. I appreciated receiving complimentary breakfast. However, my schedule did not always allow me to enjoy breakfast within the allotted time. It would have been nice if I could have used my ticket to access an alternative meal, like dinner on days when I missed breakfast.

  The mattress on my bed felt as though it needed replacement, and the couch in the room also needed refurbishment. The Gym could use some expansion, and the Elevator should be refurbished as well.

  I love that the staff were very polite. Also, their suite options are great for bigger families and very hard to find at their prices. My 15-year-old son found the sofa bed to be extremely comfortable.

  Power went out, and we ended up having to find a new place to stay. No fault to the hotel, as it was due to storms, but it would have been nice if the staff on the night shift checked in on their guests to see how they could support us. Maybe water, lanterns, etc. They were out of power for over 24 hours!
