  The lobby and breakfast was very nice. Front desk person very accommodating. Easy walk to beach. Good pillows on bed. Lazy river was excellent.

  In room, floors felt dirty and bathroom had mold around tub and filthy door hinges. There were small cockroaches crawling up the wall by the mirror. TV screen was tiny and only had few channels and no streaming options. Fridge was falling apart. Whole place needs updating.

  The room was dirty, found somebody else's drug pipe of some sort on the floor,the water to shower didn't drain so I stood in my own dirty water as I showered. Went to front desk for a controller as ours was not in room. Gave us a new one but didn't work for TV. As moments later my husband found the controller behind the bed. So I returned the one she gave to me. Ugh ..

  Being notified that room wasnt available anymore at 11:30PM when I was just about to arrive to the hotel after a long day of driving. And then being sent to a hotel 20 minutes away being told that they will get me a room there, only for us to have to pay for that room as well.
