I like that it was secluded and that it was that I can cook my own food that was very good and I was able to play my music without bothering anybody it was a great experience but I had a couple of difficulties

Room 129 is terrible. It’s a death trap. No safe locks, the door is about 2 inches from the floor and there’s a long rusted bed frame piece sticking out from the bed. See pictures. I believe we were given this room on purpose to have a terrible experience. Since we were leaving early the next morning, we didn’t say anything about it until the next morning. I stopped by the front desk and a note read, will be back soon. We waited but no one presented themselves. Minutes later, I called requesting a refund and spoke with the no good very bad manager or supervisor named rosa who yelled at me saying, “We’re not going to do that.” She NEVER mentioned following procedures either. She’s a liar (posting lies on Google.) BUT after the owner told her to refund the money she then called me back saying, she had to refund it. Beforehand, she wouldn’t allow me to speak, over-talking me, being very argumentative and not asking if my spouse and I were okay after hitting our legs on the broken bed frame. She’s rude, unprofessional and STILL needs interpersonal communication courses. There are better hotels with better staff just keep driving 2 miles east. Thank you to the owner for the refund, just get rid of her!!!
