Good hot water at all times. The linen and towels were clean. The plus point is that on my request they gave me an adjoining room at no extra cost as I had two young teenage daughters. The room was spacious. The pool was clean. The Jomtien bus station was just next door. There were great eatery places around like Frasers just at the entrance of The Chateau, we enjoyed the food at Frasers. There was a supermarket closeby. We loved our stay that we extended for another 2 days and it was at a great price. Only drawback the bed was a lil hard and uncomfortable but rest everything was lovely. Looking forward to stay here again.”

  The position was not too bad. Quiet place. Full kitchen with all utensils 🍴dishwasher, big fridge, oven, upstairs big bath 🛁 tub, NO laundry room, balcony with barbecue (upstairs), barbecue downstairs, small yard.

  The cleaning was very debatable; I found hair and stain 🫟 on the bathroom door, 🫣 I had to open the sofa bed for the kids and on the mattress there was long hair and one blood stain 🫟 obviously I putted up side down it but very disgusting.

  Place was fancy, had a fireplace, stone countertops, lots of space. Lots of friendly texts before we arrived.

  Expected you to keep AC at 74 degrees, way to warm for sleeping. could not turn the tv up loud enough to hear over the AC. 6 commercials every few minutes made us shut off the tv and go to bed. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Didn't get a whole lot of sleep, spent the night tossing and turning. Lights in hallway next to check in desk were off, which was strange. Lights on the 3rd floor seemed dim in the hallway. No ice machine on our floor, no complimentary breakfast. Google took us on a gravel forest service road to reach the lodge, luckily we are used to driving those types of road, though not usually in a car. We were coming from Bryce NP. They are upgrading the facilities, outside needs it. Staff was ok, but not overly friendly.

  Breakfast stopped serving at 9am and we got down at 9:03 so we were a bit disappointed and had to purchase breakfast elsewhere. At all the other hotels we stayed with on our road trip, breakfast continued until 10am. So, unless you're an early bird, this location is not for everyone.
