  The staff was nice and the location was good if you want to be on the boardwalk.

  The room needed work. The plaster in bathroom was cracking from water damage, exhaust fan was not functioning,( The cause of the cracking and damage), the floors were not level. Just overall dated and needed a remodel . I know these things are very expensive and it seemed to be a family-owned establishment. It was overall pretty clean. Most of these things would have been overlooked if there had not been around 120 dollars in fees added on between Booking.com and the hotel for two nights, on top of the price that the room was listed at.

  Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Location was close to our event.

  Our tub did not drain and staff could not do anything about it until maintenance could arrive on the morning after our check out. Our room phone did not work. Ice machine did not work. Breakfast was not good. Cereal, waffles, juice and coffee.

  Great location..Staff was friendly and clean room.. Michael in maintenance let us park our motorcycles under the canopy prior to him placing a sealer on it and that was great.. The night we stayed it poured rain so it made it nice to just get on and leave.. seemed easy to find a place to eat as we’ll.. and breakfast was great as we’ll.Keep up the good work……
