The property is new, modern, well-maintained, and located in a great area. It has a nice bar and convenience store. The valet parking service is quick and convenient, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Unfortunately, housekeeping never serviced our room. On our second night, we returned to find it exactly as we’d left it, except for a note, water bottles, and a beer placed on the bed, which was worse since it meant staff entered but didn’t clean. Front desk promised to fix it but didn’t, as there was no housekeeping or manager on-site. While we eventually received Marriott bonus points for the inconvenience, the experience was disappointing.

The furniture was nice, the beds were comfy enough, the pillows were SO comfy. The location is great, the balcony was huge, and one of the showers was huge as well.

The carpet was extremely stained with...black oil? Not really sure, but that should be replaced because it looked icky. The place was mostly clean but was dusty in a lot of spots, and the bedroom with the two beds had greasy black hand and feet prints all over the wall(DISGUSTING). And if you stay here, prepare to go to the grocery store and buy trash bags, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, paper towels, and even coffee. Not supplying coffee, cream, and sugar is CRAZY and I feel a bare minimum amenity. I've never stayed in a hotel, house or condo that didn't supply all those things, but not having trash bags was the craziest thing to me. They did supply plenty of toiletries and extra toilet paper, though. Other than that...I would say the stay was pleasant and the community where the condo is located has a lot to offer.

The maid service was a little slow sometimes our room wasn’t clean till after 4 PM and I think the mattresses are getting a little worn. Also, when we got to our room, the shower rod was on the floor and the new curtain was sitting on the commode, we just went ahead and put it up ourselves

I wish there was no carpeting inside the hotel. When you have a large heavy suitcase, it is very difficult to push or pull. I was traveling internationally and had a large heavy suitcase.
