Wow-what an incredible stay . From the moment I arrived, I could tell this place was something special. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It felt like a perfect mix of cozy and luxurious. The little touches really made it feel welcoming, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. I truly didn't want to leave and will absolutely be booking again. I Highly recommend this home due to its location, coziness , living area, decor and you are a hop skip and jump from a Whole Foods supermarket and also the Airport . I am running out of superlatives to describe my stay and the home or by the way it also has a staircase that leads you up to the rooftop .

What an incredibly beautiful hotel this is. The location is perfect; very close to a CVS, multiple restaurants, and a 5 minute walk from Climate Pledge Arena. The beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious. Everything in the hotel was quality and well worth the price. Valet parking is also available for a reasonable price. If you love vintage hotels, this is definitely the place for you!

The only downside was that we couldn't get the TV to work for either cable or apps like Netflix or YouTube. We even had a laptop to plug in via an HDMI cord but the input wouldn't change on the TV. The WiFi was also very spotty and weak.

A homey, quiet and very clean B&B. Excellent breakfast. We were able to charge my wife’s e-bike with a plug on the back porch. Fryeburg is small, but the inn was in walking distance of a number of eateries.

The rooms have been updated and are very comfortable. Very clean room and all the kitchen utensils were very handy. Liked that they had cold water bottles complimentary and ready in the refrigerator.

Not very clean. Dirty box springs with hair. Box of added dirty Kleenex in room. Very tattered chairs. Not a good value overall. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone.
