The casita was gorgeous, every detail was perfect and it was convenient located to major attractions. Nice touch to have music playing and the lights turned on when we walked in. Host also had little helpful notes placed around the rooms. The bed was the most comfortable bed that I've slept in away from home. Our host was outstanding, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend the casita to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay.

None of the amenities were in operation, the restaurant wasn't open. No food, No drinks. I've called over 5 times and talked to two manager of whom told me that I've had two credits to my account and my bank begs to differ. No returns, no deposit back and I have called and uploaded proof to Booking.com and they said it is your place to refund me the deposit. I am still waiting for $250 to be refunded to my account.

Furniture is rough. Chairs are sagging and look dirty. We wouldn’t sit in them. No mattress covers on beds. Foam mattress topper is master it was old and gross. Beds creek in secondary room. Location was great, but will not book this room again. We know it’s an older complex. The room itself was really outdated and uncomfortable to stay in. Needs newer furniture and be updated.

We got locked in our room. Had to call the front desk to get a screwdriver to remove the flip lock so we could get out. Then later during the night the fire alarm went off and everyone in building was flooding outside. Was a rough night
