  The room was clean, organized, and comfortable. The room also had great Wi-Fi connectivity, a fridge, a microwave, and a sizeable HD quality flat screen TV. There was an AC in the room where I had full control of the temperature. There was a plethora of towels and soap for hygiene purposes. The staff also respected my privacy and didn't intrude upon me at any point in time.

  I think the parking area could've been better and the mini refrigerator that was in the room was not that powerful, so cooling took a longer time to occur. The sink in my room did not have an indicator for cold/hot water, so it was a little challenging to remember which side was hot or cold.

  We arrived around 5:30 pm. We were charged for the room and then told that it wasn't ready yet. We went to dinner and returned around 7:15 pm. We were again informed that our room wasn't ready. She also had no idea when it would be ready. After a long day of traveling and a change in time zones we ended up leaving and having to find another place to stay.

  Overlooking a wall and with a VERY noisy/and housekeeping heavy traffic door. The door did not have a stopper and banged on its frame every time. Also the bed was place cutting the circulation of the room, even thou there was enough space to put it alongside.

  I booked a king bed and a sofa bed. But I was give a king bed only. When I asked the receptionist where the sofa bed is, she told the booking does display the requested for the sofa bed for the book.com she did not seem considerate. A room service person who brought us a rolling bed seems not happy that I requested what I booked for. Later we also found out a smelly towel in the bathroom. My wife also saw a torn out fabric hanging under the bed.
