The staff communicated very well and the information provided to access room etc was very detailed. The room had so many extra things provided and it made you feel more at home. It was updated and the bed was very comfortable. They even provided ear plugs for the train that goes by but the train to us wasn't that loud. We loved not having to worry about keys and having an access code instead.

We didn't like that the entry door was so close to the room next door with such a small pathway. The light outside the door shined through at night so needs something to cover windows better than what is there. The kitchen area floor slanted slightly when you walked to bathroom. The room being next to the road with traffic and no parking other than along side of sidewalk in front of rooms.

Room was good except the table where fridge was needed it's legs adjusted very wobbly. Had great TV channels so my kid could watch a movie before bed and great location

We really enjoyed the beautiful courtyard area and the pool. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the private patio.

For a non-smoking hotel, we constantly smelled cigarette and marijuana smoke coming from adjoining rooms and patios. Also many noisy and unattended children ran wild, screaming around the courtyard and pool area from the morning until after 9pm when the pool closed.

Accommodations were nice, but a few things stood out that were disappointing. Never really greeted when in lobby. Trash cans seemed to always be full. Had to ask for coffee & creamers to be refilled multiple times. We were not given any info when checking in about wifi…ended up having to become a rewards member to join network. Annoying! No pamphlets in room for any services/restaurants or recommended adventures nearby. No ‘do not disturb’ sign in our room. We had to later ask for it. We just expected a bit more from a ‘portfolio’ property.
