We absolutely loved our stay n hope to stay many additional times in future when we come to visit our son n his family who live in Greeley. The home is beautiful n so comfortable n relaxing. Was nervous at first booking from somewhere never been to but we could not have been happier. Hosts were great. Even worked with our son to get us checked in as our flight was delayed almost 6 hrs n we didn't want any issues at 330am checking in. I cant speak high enough about Lee n Kay n their hospitality n help n their comfy n cozy home.

The rooms were dusty a/c smell like dust, and the bathroom was not clean lots of mildew. The location is wonderful close to everything but the hotel needs a lot of improvement. And rodents on the parking lot

The room was tiny and damp feeling with a bed; that definitely was NOT a queen bewd and not comfortable. One of the exit doors was right outside our room and there seemed to be some shady goings on out there, when we left for and returned from dinner which made my husband and I very uncomfortable. So after only being in the room for maybe 20-25 minutes tops, since check in, we checked out! Also wanted to note when we got back to our room after our dinner out, there was a horrible smell that had taken over our room that was NOT there when we left out. Have no idea what it could’ve been.. but it was enough to make us both nauseas and ready to leave right away. First time ever reserving a room based on reviews and the reviews not matching up with what we saw.

Sink not adjusted appropriately. Did not drain Towels and bathroom not cleaned and towels replaced daily. Complete mess Homeless came front door from street, not entrance, to breakfast area and stole four breakfasts worth $60-70. Staff unaware
