We had to move rooms after the first night. The 2nd room was acceptable. Beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

There was no working ice machine. 1 coffee in our room occupied by 2 people and no coffee cups. Bathroom door got stuck and my husband and son had to force it open to get me out. Our first room was noisy and not very clean. Chairs were old and stained. We changed rooms after the first horrible night.

The room and bed we stayed in was very uncomfortable and head board was squeaky. You can hear the upstair noise and could smell the fireplace burning from downstairs. When we arrived the girl wasn’t too friendly at the front desk gave us a key and disappeared quickly despite we had some questions.

Party in lobby lots of people extremely loud, back door by pool people drinking beer in chairs, door to pool propped open and people coming in and out, difficulty getting our family in the hotel due to party at back door. This was at 12:30am.. cigarette butts everywhere.. We only were at hotel a few hours to sleep. We left around 5am, walked to car and back doors still propped open to hotel and pool area door open completely to parking lot, chairs outside, boxes of beer and food all over. The girl that checked us in seemed like she had no control of what was going on. Bugs in our bathroom, little black ones.. again short stay just a few hours due to traveling through for a soccer tournament but it was a mess of a stay.

It was just raggedy and run down. The stairs felt like they were about to break. I had a fly flying around and then the tv goes out. So they move me and that room was a little better but not much. I just didn’t have good vibes at all.

Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room-had to be near the office to get it. Office to the hotel was closed had to walk down the street to get the key Could not reach anyone from the office by phone- message left- no one returned my call. Only one key was available for each room.
