We took rail system directly from BKK airport to the resort. To our surprise, the BTS station On Nut is right across street from resort. No noise heard from our 2 rooms that overlooked the rail station. Lots of street vendors at this BTS station which was a very nice surprise. There are a lot of stores and eateries at the resort - 4 floors and included a Tops grocery store!! We enjoyed this convenience. We stayed at a total of 5 hotel/resorts during our 2-week vacation and Avani Sukhumvit was the best!”

  Breakfast was excellent, two hot meals to choose from. The local coffee was very good. It had a very homey feel. The staff was very friendly, nice, and helpful. The location was within walking distance of the main location. The cookies they served in the afternoon were delicious.

  We tried to do laundry, the washer stopped mid-way through the cycle. The clothes were so damp we had to go to a local laundromat to save time. They refunded us the coins.

  Clean and spacious room. Already had soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom. Didn't have to request for a fridge because it was already in the room.

  There was an initial smell when we turned on the AC. It didn't last long, though. The key card at the very end seems to not work. Always had to enter either in the first or 2nd door. I have to wait for housekeeping for towels if it is after hours. The light by my bed didn't turn on, but there were enough lights around the room to be used.

  The place wasn't clean enough. Had to ask for housekeeping for 3 days. Shoes kept sticking to the floor in the elevator and in the breakfast area. Breakfast was sub par. For the price we paid we expected more.
