The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
Anaheim, California
Positive section of review
The hotel was located near the baseball park and near several shopping areas and restaurants that made the location very convenient for myself and my friends. The hotel ambience and decor was very inviting and comfortable. The hotel lobby's bar was lively and we appreciated that they served food till late at night.
Negative section of review
The restaurant staff during breakfast was not very attentive. We had to ask someone to bring us water and coffee 10 minutes after being seated. They did not come back for quite a while to ask us if we needed anything else before they served breakfast. I felt like they could be more communicative and check back on dining guests during the breakfast service.
Princeton, New Jersey

The Inn is very convenient to Princeton and Grounds for Sculpture. The historic house is charming. The little touches matter such as cookies in your room, handmade soaps and free wine. The breakfast is delicious. You will enjoy your stay.

Everything. Clean. Quiet (except in the bar). Very nice hotel.

Only one thing that prevented me from giving it a 10. The water pressure in the sink was extremely low. I turned on the hot water and had two separate and weak streams. When I added cold water there was no improvement in pressure.

Right on the water. Balcony rooms offer a look at the marina.
Negative section of review
Guests were loud. Arguments breaking out in other rooms. Private events are loud and a disruption to rooms by the event. Cell service is almost impossible without signing in to the hotel WiFi.
San Marcos, California
Positive section of review
The location is next to the college we were visiting.
Negative section of review
The hotel was very rundown, stains all over, peeling wallpaper, gross mirror and shower. Also, it was very expensive for such a run down place, almost $300 per night.

The front desk appeared to be helpful
Negative section of review
Four trips to the front desk to resolve issues after we apparently checked in is three trips to many.
Terre Haute, Indiana

It was close to the night life
Negative section of review
The hot tub that I really paid for this hotel was closed, the pool was so cold, and after getting out we felt slimy, our door didn’t lock unless you completely slammed it.
