Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was really poor. There was an odour throughout the room that smelled like a public bathroom. There was food and plastic wrapper on the floor that must’ve been there from previous guest(s). The “white” towels & bedsheets were yellowing — so gross. When we had checked out and were leaving, we saw a lady go in to clean the room and she took the blanket that we used, folded it up, and put it right back in the closet for the next guest to use. No washing! I’m sorry to say, I will not be returning here.

It was not clean. There was hair on the shower walls, hair clogging up the drain, what looked to be mold on the curtain, no hand soap, dirty bath mat/towel, a poorly patched up hole in the bathroom door, a toilet that wasn’t properly sealed to the floor, and unknown black spots on the grout of the tub. We didn’t use the shower because of its condition. We didn’t request to change rooms since we were only there for one night and were already exhausted so we put up with it, but we definitely would’ve had to if we were staying longer.
