      The breakfast was good, I wish there was more fruit. The attractions were fun and it was a wonderful view. The alpine slide was so fun and riding up the ski lift was great. The Zipline was awesome, and we got a great view and it wasn't scary at all, even if it looks intimidating. The segue ways were so fun and it was worth doing.

      The website was very confusing, and it was hard to know how to get tickets and what was open or available. It would be great if things were posted clearly so we could plan our days and whole trip better.

      Nice location for a stop over stay. Convenient. Hotel is under renovations, but you would never know. Front desk staff, exceed expectations. Clean, comfortable, relatively safe location. Single mom, traveling with young to teenage kid approved.

      Good location near the Oasis Restaurant and minutes away from downtown Austin. Rooms were extremely clean and organized. Family loved the warm breakfast 😋

      Close to the school where my daughter was talking her SAT.

      Around 10:20pm my daughter felt something bitting her. I threw back the sheets and it was a bed bug. I went to the office to let them know and was told it wasn't a bed bug. I showed them a picture of one on my phone and then they said they would move me to a new room. No apology, no sorry, no nothing. I would have demanded my money back and went to a different hotel but it was late and had to be up at 6:30am. Not happy with this experience. A simple sorry would have went a long way.

      Quality of the place was poor the staff wasn't nice the breakfast that was supposed to come with it was toast and muffins. The muffins where bad. The elevators where skecty one broke down elevators shook real bad.

      The 2 breakfasts were good. Hot food, sweet rolls and hot coffee right inside the door. The breakfast nook was cozy and clean and well attended. The TV and Wifi worked well. I really appreciated that. Parking was good too!
