      The front desk concierge found us the perfect room that looked right at the port. We were going on a cruise the next day so we could see all the ships. Room was beautiful and the view was amazing. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. The food was delicious in the restaurant as well. Everyone was very nice.

      The little shop where you could buy things like juice,coffee,gum etc. I wanted to buy a box of stomach medicine and the small box of 6 pills was 25.00. Thats really ridiculous. So I didn't get it.

      Older teens were rowdy in pool, my kid was worried for their safety and they were bothering others Someone peed in pool while there also. Dirty water before that.

      I loved the location, how clean, comfortable and cozy my studio apartment was.

      Having to figure out where to park/ pay for parking. The check in process is a bit extensive, however I do understand the security aspect of if and once I took my time, it was simple and easy to follow. I also wish they would specify that the balcony actually faces a parking lot and not Canal St as I expected.

      It was dirty. Floor was dirty needed to be mopped and vacuumed. The hallway smelled absolutely horrible. Trash was left in bags in the hallway for however long dirty laundry as well. Mold on shower curtain. Power outlet coming out the wall. Overall a very bad (nasty) hotel. The window to go upstairs was broken (shattered) wasn’t fixed just left. The guy in the front lobby check in was sleeping in the chair when I went down to ask something just overall not a good hotel. Cheap but not good.
