      Great location, steps from the Aquarium T stop on the blue line. Fifteen to thirty minutes from the airport, depending upon train and airport bus shuttle times from the T to terminals. The hotel is clean, charming, well-appointed (rooms), and comfortable (common areas). That in combination with the superb and very helpful staff make The Harborside Inn my go-to hotel for my regular Boston visits.

      Key card lock was not working properly. Had to go down to front desk to get new keys. Lock was not displaying “green” to indicate unlocked and was always “red”. Took a chance and just pushed the door in frustration and the door opened. Paid for a room with a bed and a pull out couch…pull out couch could not be used as it was broken. Sliding door did not latch properly and windows were not sealed so the wind was constantly making noises. There is only a window AC in the living room with a ceiling fan and portable fan in the bedroom. Not ideal for Hawai’i summers.
