      Nice front desk associate. When I got into the room, a huge amount of black long hair was floating in the toilet, I flushed it down and messages the front desk to ensure no one else was staying in this room? She assured me no one was. I would like a refund on the room, was sad that we were not moved.

      Huge amount of long black hair in the toilet. It was a lot, I flushed it down, but hair carries a ton of contaminants. This was uncalled for. I messaged the front desk and they said thanks for letting them know. I flushed the toilet didn’t take a picture
