The location is fantastic — truly couldn’t ask for better in New York. Room size is comfortable for two, great for a long stay. Easy access to everything you need in the city.

The staff is down right RUDE. The big older male. I went to the front to ask him about rates and let him know there was a .medium size cockroach in my service animals water bowl. He looked at me and just gave me a bland stare..then I asked about the other gentleman that was at the front desk last night because he asked for a $50 cash deposit, I gave him a hundred dollar bill and he told me he can only give me back $40 bcuz that's all he had and that when I check out he will return my $60. Instead of answering he says, "Don't smoke in the room" no please, no hospital u..and told him, yes, I know, no smoking in the rooms, that's why I see me with my cigartoin my hand outside. Wow. Jeez. What is wrong with you buddy?? Then, I run into him again and waiting to see if he says "hello: nope. Nothing. I ask if there is any vacancy for Saturday night and he says, " no, we are fully booked" and motions with his hand shoo shoo go. !! Disgusting that people like that are in charge of motels or any accomodations. So disrespectful. The room floors are filthy. The housekeeper, a small petit older male, also a very angry dude. I saw him and said "hello: and he's just staring at me, a angry, pissed off stare. I was like oh my gooooshbhb. Weird! The place is down right uncomfortable vibes. Just that queezy weird vibe..and the bed is terrible. Lumpy. The most uncomfortable bed ever!! Room is stuffy and warm. So warm. Not in a good way. Fridge had a dead cockroach under the glass shelf.

I was told by the lady at the reception that housekeeping will be done after the third night. We stayed for five nights and no housekeeping was done.
