Location was great ! Spacious apartment style , the kitchen was great for having to cook quick meals, make a midnight snack or reheat food. Laundry in room made it easier for me to do laundry the night before I went home allowing me to have all my clothes washed before arriving home. Near a target which made it easier for me in case I forgot something . The pool now requires your room key for entry which I think is great.

I didn’t like how they let me know the day of an a couple hours before check in that the room was flooded. We were in a panic trying to communicate with Vacasa trying to find a place to stay since we already drove the 5 1/2 hours down.

Fast elevators, working safe, nice balcony facing side street resulting in less noise. Good air conditioner. Good entertainment activities for the kids.

Sofa bed UNUSABLE, good thing I travel with my own air bed to put on top of it. No bedding for it either. Amenities miss-represented online, not told they would only be available one day of our trip. Because of that both kids were very disappointed. It's wrong to mislead families that way. Don't appreciate being awakened by front desk texts early in the morning. Don't appreciate marketing texts during stay. There should be better access to water park areas from second bldg.

The place looks nice, but finding our unit was a hassle. The welcome message said “second floor,” so we carried our luggage up steep stairs only to find our number missing and the sequence out of order. We later learned it was actually around the building on the left side and upstairs — a frustration that could have been completely avoided with clearer instructions. We had to run the A/C at night to block loud roosters starting at 4:30 a.m., but then we were cold and only had one blanket — despite booking for two adults (mother and adult son) with two beds. The internet details in the welcome message were wrong; when I contacted them, they gave the correct info but refused to admit the mistake, claiming it was an “alternative option.” The neighborhood isn’t great — my son’s locked electric scooter was stolen. No cleaning service came on our second day, despite the host claiming the cleaners came but didn’t change the linens. I was there all day and no one came.

It was filthy, the rooms and facility were dilapidated and not kept up well. The front desk, although helpful were not very welcoming and cheerful. Their first comment was that there would be no housekeeping due to them being "too busy" I will not stay there or at comfort Inn again.

Scam! A total scam!!! The room has no closet, no hang, no wardrobe. Not even a trash can. You can’t use the toilet seat unless you put your feet in the bathtub because there’s no space. Also, the bathtub is clogged. $ 79.99 would be a bit too much for a room like this.
