Room was clean but it had an odd odor to it - like animals had been in it. At 1:15 AM we were awakened by someone trying to enter our room. It was a woman and I assume she must have been somewhat inebriated. We tapped on the inside of our door and she went away but hard to go back to sleep. Probably not the hotel's fault.

Maintenance was very poor. Light bulb out, and when we asked were told no maintenance on weekend. Curtains were falling down, ceiling patch in bathroom was poor. Phone buttons did not work. Message light was on for 2 days and could not get a message. Staff stated they did not know how it works.

No conditioner in the shower a huge mirror turned towards the wall in the way had to move it, and for it being an older placer it was over $400 for a very small room with no view looking out a window into a concrete wall. This place was very small and should not have a broken mirror in it and all shower amenities should be filled for that price

We got there at 1030 and check in was at 3pm but they let us park in the parking lot while we went to the beach. Saved us a ton of money. Staff was great called us as soon as the rooms were ready and they offered us early check in if we wanted. Walking distance to the Pier, many restaurants and of course just a short little walk to the Brunswick! Great rate also.

The place was really great! Beautiful, spacious. It says it sleeps 13 but I’d say more like 10-12. It was clean and tucked into a cute little neighborhood. Each room had a bathroom. So if you had multiple people in the bunk room, they would all have to share one bathroom.

The communication was terrible. Any link Vacasa sent to us, the link was broken. We were forced to download the app and it still didn’t work. There was only 1 parking spot which wasn’t mentioned until we booked and there wasn’t a full refund option. One of the showers was leaking into the kitchen so it was out of service which they also waited to tell us until just before we arrived. Lots of stairs.
