Should have been $25 a night instead of price they charged.Smelled like Marijuana when you opened building door,halls did also.Room had burn holes in bedspread,was fairly clean,headboard tore off wall on 1bed,gave 2 pillows for 2beds,3 people & one Washcloth.Asked for both,never received.No elevator had to climb up to 3rd floor. TV old blurry,remote half worked.Glad it was only 1 night.

I was in town to see a Reds baseball game, and this place was a great location for that because there's a bus stop right out front that would take me almost to the stadium for $2.20. Plus the breakfast was above standard for a complimentary breakfast, and really the whole property was quite nice, especially for the money. I'd happily stay here again.

The location is great, restaurants within walking distance. The staff is always do friendly and helpful. The hotel is always so clean. I honestly hate to leave there.

The parking was pricy considering it should be included a with your room. You obviously have to park if you are staying there. Strange attendant during check in.

The beds were strange it felt like we were laying on box springs on the floor the bed covers didn’t even fit it was like a blanket tossed over the bed The bed was also super low i have never stayed in beds like this and the room was also really hot we all woke up on the middle of the night and couldn’t change the temp i was better off at a motel

Arrived to a dirty room (dust-covered room, floors had so much dirt on them that the children's feet were black within 30 minutes, phone was covered in dust, & the light bulb was so visibly filthy my 7 year old grandson called it out in disgust) & the only 2 lamps to light the room didn't work. Switched rooms, but I had to go back to the front bc one of the keys didn't unlock the room.... needless to say, it was exhausting/frustrating after a long road trip. The 2nd room wasn't without dusty lamps either, but the phone didn't work. After calling to advise the front desk of this, nothing was done. Extra bedding was missing for the sofabed. I was told to come & get it. 3rd day of the stay when housekeeping was scheduled to clean the room, they failed to stop by. Toilet also clogged on the 3rd night after hearing a whistling sound in the bathroom the entire stay. When I advised the front desk, they said, "Let me call my manager to find out where the plunger is. Then you can come get it." I replied, "Do you expect me to unclog the toilet myself?" The response was yes. What the hell!! Oh, by the way, they never came or called about the plunger. Excessive paint chips were visible throughout, headboards were peeling in both rooms, and the ac unit was leaking water. This establishment should close immediately, renovate, and replace management asap. Personnel is lazy! Management is cheap and insane to expect guests to pay to stay, clean, and work for them. It's definitely overpriced and overrated.

Easy to get to, close to the main road of town. Staff were kind and understanding.

The room had black mold in the caulking around the tub. The tub had a huge crack in the side of it. Paint and tile was chipping in many places. Calling the facility is very difficult as staff reports they sometimes “get (there) later in the day”.
