We like the security you have in the property now. We love that everything it’s walking distance. This has been our third year in a row staying in this resort. The check in process was easy and fast great customer service. The bartender in the pool area are quick and friendly. We love coming to this resort. We will definitely be coming back.

Staff in the pool were rude and disrespectful. We love coming here because my kids love the pool and slides. But the staff this year in the pool area were very rude and disrespectful. I am very disappointed about the pool lifeguard. Also my husband ask for manager and the manager himself denied that he was the manager. He just wanted to give compliments for his staff.

It's a convenient location. Near lots of shops and restaurants. You can easily get to the historic tourist areas and the museums either by walking or public transportation. Check-in and out is easy.

It's a little bit dingy. Could use some updates in the rooms. The lobby is nice, though. Not the most comfortable beds. But, a budget hotel is not expected to be the best.

The location was close to everything the airport ,shopping, beach ,and restaurants. The condo we stayed at was well stocked with utensils and everything else one could want or need.

The broom and dust pan were hidden between refrigerator and wall. I had to use a hanger to pull it out I could not find the tall kitchen garbage bags to replace the one that was full. I used a paper bag for it.

The only thing I would have them do is make there signage a little easier to see. It blends into the building so yo can’t see it easily.

It was old and dirty. Someone needs to take some pride in the areas where guests are. The elevators were dirty with trash on the floors. Just a place for the staff to get a paycheck no pride. Staff not friendly either. Couldn’t wait to leave. It was just a quick stop over after long travel.

Horrible experience to be honest. The host provides an insanely amount of information and it’s very hard to find anything useful. The host tried to trick me into paying more money but issuing a bill that was a 150$ more than the booking price was. You have to pay a security deposit that takes 5 days to return. I guess because he didn’t get his 150$ he charged another 15$ for no reason despite us even leaving the house in an excellent status. My recommendation, just don’t book it. What a headache
