Everthing is exceptionally good for the budget minded travelers.Older but spacious clean rooms.For the one night or two weeks traveling person.You can get better and more amenities but if just need clean comfortable and quiet this is a excellent choice.

The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The grounds are stunning! The food at the inn is always delicious, especially the salad bar. The room I booked is spacious and extremely comfortable.

The only minor inconvenience, as someone traveling with a wheelchair user, is that the doors have to be held open. That's a little challenging when trying to push the chair.

Uncomfortable, couldn’t see very well in the mirror with such a dark room, floor left our bare feet black so it hadn’t been mopped recently, parking was always a problem. Very loud upstairs all night. Very cramped. Uncomfortable bed and pillows were hard.

The rate of the room and hidden charges. I paid 510+ for the room. The front desk didn't tell me there's a charge for early check in. So I paid additional $142( this i only found out days after coz they charge it on my credit card)and upon check out i paid another $42. Then when i went out i paid another $15 dollars for parking fee. Should they waive the parking fee because I checked in the hotel? Then in the room.... It lacks typical hotel supplies like toothbrush, hair cap, hand moisturizer... the dispenser of shampoo and conditioner are empty! They dont even have a complimentary bottled water which you can easily have on a 4 star hotel. Lastly......they have grumpy housekeeping staffs.... They dont even greet you when you see them on the hallway.... they were loud talking over the phone or each other. Im really disappointed coz i paid premium price and this was all i got. very sad

I paid for a room with balcony and pool view. They didn't tell me that the balcony was closed due to being unsafe and needing structural work. Sliding door was disabled. Not a pool view. Air conditioning was broken. Very hot and uncomfortable. Rooms were sold out so we had to stay in a stifling room. We cancelled our reservations the next day because they didn't have another room for us. Very disappointing!

Facilities are older and worn. The pool wasn’t working when we checked in. They got it working within an hour, but the water was so cloudy and slimy that I thought we might catch something. The room wasn’t very clean - there was some old food stuck the sink. This place wasn’t worth what we paid and I’m glad we were only there one night.
